Ponderay Yamaha Motors is located in Ponderay Idaho. We have been servicing the Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry area for over 15 years. We handle ATV’s, dirt bikes, street bikes, Yamaha generators and Yamaha four stroke snowmobiles.

We are a one line dealership, but we work on all brands of ATV’s and snowmobiles. In the Sandpoint-Ponderay area there are also Honda, Polaris and Skidoo dealerships.
If you need parts for your Yamaha unit, we can get any and all parts that Yamaha-motor still makes and stocks. If you’re looking for a used part, give us a call or send us an email. We will be glad to help you find the part if there are any in our area.
Our parts person has over 12 years looking up parts. John should be able to help you find the parts you need or can tell you were you can look for it.
If you need help picking out the right part or accessories for your new ATV, dirt bike, street bike, or the right high performance mountain parts for you four stroke snowmobile, give us a call. John has experience with bad parts and accessories over the last 12 years. One thing that Ponderay Yamaha does not want is dissatisfied customers.
Cheap parts and accessories are one of the fast ways to get dissatisfied customers. So we will not handle any cheaply made parts.
The service department has two bays for service. Our mechanic has over 25 years of mechanical experience. If you need help with carburetion on any make or model we can help.

When Ponderay Yamaha sets up your bike’s carburetors we use an EGA, better known as an Electronic Gas Analyzer for checking the CO on your bike. If anyone tells you that they can setup the CO on your bike without one, I sure would like to meet them.
If you need to know how to setup the clutching for your snowmobile or clutch drive on your Yamaha ATV, or if you need high performance parts for your Yamaha, just call the service department or parts department for help.
Rick is the salesman at Ponderay Yamaha. He has been here since the shop opened. (He’s one of the owners of the shop). So customer service is his number one concern.
